A group of young men in Kayamandi township on outskirts of Stellenbosch, south of Cape Town, transform a tiny room belonging to a relative into a makeshift gymnasium, all in aid of keeping the community off the streets, away from crime, drugs and alcohol. The main aim is also for those infected with HIV AIDS to join and stay healthy and create awareness.
