Definitely a rod. There’s loads of info on that phenomenon. There was even a documentary about it on one of the documentary channels on SKY tv.
Its an object moving really fast so its projects to be cylindrical in shape?
Could be a Rod, which is an unidentified flying creature that more and more people seem to be catching in their video footage. Check out flying rods or skyfish on YouTube, or just Google it.

Thats an insect flying past quick. Its a phenomena often called rods but it is an insect flying faster than the shutter of the camera.
